This is Wells Next the Sea. We have just climbed the steps of the sea defence and going down on to the beach. Ahead is the river estuary and to the left is just miles and miles of sandy beach. Dogs are allowed on this stretch - Finlay loved it!!
Ooh lovely! Just found this.....isn't this such a wonderful place. We go here quite regularly for birdwatching. Love the beach huts and the long walk down beside the estuary where the boats moor up. Great fish and chips too! What a treat for your dog. I've seen your photos from a distance so to speak...time for a follow!
To be honest from the time we leave the car!! all the way down to the lifeboat station. Also as you walk down with the estuary on your right there are some fields, a caravan park and then some woods on your left.. They are lovely in the warmer weather, full of birds and dragonflies. Do you have to travel far to get here?
