Some people are lucky enough to see squirrels every day and have lots of shots of their funny antics. It is rare for me to see a squirrel and if I do I normally have Finlay with me who is the great squirrel hunter - or so he thinks! He chases after the squirrels and is always amazed when they run up a tree - just a little way - turn and laugh at him - or so it seems!!
At Sandy there were two squirrels who kept coming to the bird feeders and yes I have lots of shots of them. They really are wonderful to photograph!! I love this one as he is holding on with his back legs and his gorgeous tail. Very acrobatic!!
Sadly all my shots from yesterday are very noisy as the light was so bad. It was a dark foggy day!!
@terryliv they are good to watch from a distance but can be a real menace in your garden. My friend once had them get into the loft of her house and they did so much damage! Rats with fluffy tails! Lol!
Great capture and timing. Where I live, in Italy, there aren't squirrels too. I saw them only twice in my life. The first when I went to the USA and the second in Germany. The second time our dog Kira came with us and she became mad.
