Comma Butterfly

Spotted this female Comma butterfly taking in the sun on a plant pot in my garden, they are approx 50 - 65 mm across or 2 to 2.6" imperial.

Beautiful shot. How do you manage to get them to stay still long enough to get a photo. I never quite manage to get a decent shot of a butterfly they are too quick here.
I guess a squirt of hairspray may have to be the answer, ha ha.

@onewing Thanks Babs no artificial aids used in his shot, I've always struggled getting shots, she was taking in the suns rays and I got three shot of her before she flew:)
