Starlings are really beautiful, but they can be quite pesky too. And there are always so many of them. I can to put up an owl in our entryway on the porch because they kept wanted to build a nest. I would take it down and then they would dive bomb us every time we went out on the porch. The owl worked. They stopped diving through our porchway.
@louannwarren Thank you so much Lou Ann their feathers stand out even better in the sunlight but I've have seen preciously little of it over the last few days:)
@henrir What an interesting story Henri, as a child growing up on a farm in Lincolnshire we saw millions of them but now it is estimated the population has declined by 66% since the 1970's for reasons unknown:)
@onewing Thanks Babs we try our best, its particularly difficult for them at this time of year just been out side and the snow is about 8 inches deep and its still snowing and will continue until Saturday at the least they say:)
