Another entry in the current macro challenge guess what it is, any ideas?

I am just terrible at these macro challenges. I see welds, which means it's metal of some kind, and it appears to be on asphalt, The piece with the welds appears to be some sort of sleeve, but I am completely stumped. Good macro!

@stray_shooter Great attempt you are part way there Ron not whelded metal but folded forming a sleeve in the middle of the item, the ashpelt is actually a piece on mounting card close up:)

Hmmm, so Leslie is onto the handle angle and I'm onto the sleeve angle. Is it a jack of some kind?
