I was very impressed by one of Angelika's shots recently (@angelikavr). She kindly shared her technique so I have tried to emulate this here; although I think the result is OK, it's not really what I was trying for so more experiments are required! Watch this space!

@angelikavr So, Angelika, thanks for sharing your tip on the broccoli shot. I have failed miserably to get anywhere near the special quality that you managed in your image, but I am going to keep on trying! Thanks again.
The lighting is very good, if you diffuse it with a thin cloth, like cheese cloth, over the light, it will soften it a little more. I love the yellow ocra color on black!
