Oh oh oh yes please! Eggs are one of my all time favourite foods and my mouth is watering now. Joyful image! Though I poach straight in almost simmering water using a whisk to whirl the water first. A little rougher round the edges than yours here!
@casablanca Ah yes, a friend does them like that as well. My silicone mould kit is very consistent, but I don't actually like the look of the finished result. Still, you can't have everything! 😀
