market day

It's Saturday, it's market day!

Here's tonight's dinner - my first try at a Nigel Slater recipe. If it turns out to be worth it, I'll take a shot of the finished product and post it tomorrow!

Sounds good, I did roasted tomato and pepper soup the other day, roasting the veg first really makes a difference..........I love Nigel Slater's recipes, actually i just love his books the print the photos everything!! Lovely market day shot Peter!
