For the dish in the photo, you use the same ingredients (but lots more tomatoes - about 800g), roast the tomatoes and peppers for 50 minutes first with some red wine vinegar and cumin seeds, discard the chick pea water from the can, mix it all together in a pan with harissa paste, keep over a medium heat for about 10 minutes. GReat with big chunks of crusty bread.
