I cooked peppers (capsicum) stuffed with feta cheese, onion, chilli and parsley, along with potato fritters. In prep I took the chance to get this shot (of course). The end result tasted delicious but I didn't really get a good shot (sorry).
@cookingkaren Karen, it's another from the Greek cookbook. I agree about tomatoes (gemista), although I can never find really good ones, they tend to be a bit insipid.
