I popped out to the garden when I got home from work and saw this. Moon shots are one of those things that you think should be easy but turn out surprisingly hard. Anyway, I kept in the tree silhouette as I thought this added to the picture, rather than cropping right in to feature just the moon itself.

You were right not to crop the branches. Otherwise all moon pictures are the same. I took one myself tonight but it was too late to include the mountains. I’ll try to remember tomorrow to photograph her while rising from behind the mountains called Cadini. You’ll know if I’ll be successful! Fav for this one, in the meantime
