My "other" project continues apace. Progress has been made on modelling the station buildings and architecture, there's still a lot to do...
An interesting aspect of this that occurred to me today is by taking photographs of the models from various angles, I get to see detail that I miss with eyesight alone. Note to self for future use...
What an addictive project - it must be so much fun to decide on your next section and then see it incorporated. Your photos will give you such a good record of it's project too. I love the DOF you have in this image. :)
@onewing Babs, it's 8' x 4', in the garage. The track plan is very loosely based on that at Bexley, SE London in the early 20th century. The station buildings shown here are the nearest proprietary items I could find to look similar to those still at the existing station (and which date back to the 19th century). 😀
@angelikavr Angelika, thanks. Given that it's just a garage layout I won't go to too much trouble. I was more thinking about how I might manipulate the image. 🤔
