It's too hot and humid to do much in the way of photography today, so I'm just reliving last week's trip to the mountains. This is the beautiful South Toe River that ran in front of our cabin. It was pristine, clear, cool and perfect for fly fishing, rafting, and swimming. Wish I was there right now. :)
neat! If you see the two colorations of the rock formation as side by side silhouettes, like I do, then the 'flashback' title is even more interesting.....Remember back in 'the day' the weird silhouette art?
I've just realised that this time last year we were in NC and I remember how hot it was!! This looks like an idyllic spot - maybe time to squeeze in another trip?!

I am going to have to look up South Toe River on google, never heard of it, but sure looks like an awesome place to vaca and get away!! Glad you got some time out of the humidity! Fall will be here soon...right???? lol!!!
