I spent the morning cleaning the outside of my windows and doors. These are some of the shiny, clean results on the side porch. I feel so much better when the city grime is gone. :)
My 3 Good Things for 8/25:
1. Clean windows.
2. Clean carpets. Yesterday I worked off some of the breakfast beignet calories by steam cleaning the upstairs carpet and downstairs rugs. I'm surrounded by 'clean'. A very good feeling. :)
3. John Isner, former UGA Bulldog tennis team player, has made it to the final of the Winston-Salem Emirates Open tennis tournament. The final match (against Thomas Berdych) is on right now and I'm going to sit back, relax and watch some tennis.
You are in a cleaning mood Peggy but it is a good feeling. I need to wash some curtains when the weather bucks up. Lovely glimpse of garden behind your lovely shutters. Enjoy the tennis!
I think I shall fly you down here. Perhaps @jenrobcarr and I could pool our resources for a plane ticket and share you. My windows and carpets are in drastic need of your treatment. Which reminds me: I must get off this computer and get to work!
