A 1905 Greek Revival ~ bought by the current owner in 2001 and thoroughly renovated. Fabulous kitchen, wraparound porch, 5 fireplaces with Italian marble surrounds, hardwood floors made from salvaged wood from a railway depot, amazing black granite and sandstone master bath, beautifully landscaped backyard with blue stone terraces, pool, koi pond, and pergola. Three Good Things:
1. We get Harper for an overnight visit so that her mommy and daddy can have some well deserved weekend downtime.

My favorite so far. I think it is the wraparound porch. And the white picket fence! And the thought that I can look and enjoy and don't have to maintain or pay the taxes!
