Precinct 9

This was the early morning scene outside of our voting precinct as Tom and I were leaving after casting our ballots. Not a very good shot, but I didn't want to make any sensitive people nervous by taking a bunch of photos. :)

Three good things:
1. Voting
2. Going to a pottery studio later today to be creative with my daughters
3. Planning on an interesting (and long) night watching the election returns
My husband and I have shared a lot of things over the years, but I relish the idea that I don't have to tell him (or anybody) who I vote for!

@bpaquette I totally agree with that philosophy, Barbara. I think that Tom and I are pretty much on the same track politically...but we never discuss our actual ballots.

So glad that today finally arrived. Made it in and out voting in relatively good time. Thought about taking a shot in the voting room until I saw the no electronics. Drat that I didn't have my film camera with me. ;)

sounds like you have a busy day ahead of you --- enjoy! it's interesting to see long lineups to vote. that's not something i remember seeing here in canada.
