I was waiting for the light to change to cross the street at the same time as this young guy. I was thinking I could make some kind of 365 shot with those cool red shoes. As soon as he saw me get my camera out he started hamming it up with some professional ball handling moves. Didn't have a chance to get a good shot before the light changed and he was off. But I love the fact he wanted to give me his best effort...so, I'm featuring the basketball dude with the cool shoes and moves. :)
Three good things:
1. A big hug from Harper when I got to pick her up from her preschool today.
2. Hearing the teachers tell me how much they adore my grandchild. My ego loved that. :)
3. A return to 70 degree (21C) high temps tomorrow. It's been an incredibly mild December. Not complaining.
I love every single thing about this entire post. The fact that this guy was willing to ham it up for you (instead of hide from the camera, which is what everyone in my home does) and the fact that your entire post was filled with joy. Love love love!
