38 Years and Counting....

Tom and I are celebrating wedding anniversary #38 today...and I'm glad we've stuck together. Life is good. :)
This photo was actually taken on our second anniversary (circa 1976). We were living in Las Vegas at the time. Tom gave me my first 35mm Pentax for an anniversary gift and this was the first shot I took using auto-timer. One of these days I might get serious about working on my photography skills. :)

Three good things:
1. Family and friends are safe after huge storms ripped through CLT and ATL last night
2. Daughter, Elizabeth, arriving today for Father's Day weekend
3. I'm almost finished with my first knitted scarf. It looks a little rough...but it's an original, and I'm very proud of it. :)

I'm way behind on 365 commenting...I promise I will be catching up with everyone ASAP.
