I had a case of insomnia last night so I used the extra awake time to clean out my photo files. In doing so I started to notice how many stranger candid shots I had of people and their phones. I pulled a random collection of shots, some recent and some I've used before, and put them all together. All of these unknown subjects were so engrossed with their devices that they never noticed a woman with a camera addiction snapping their photo. :) Hope everyone has a delightful weekend!
Three good things:
1. A beautiful day for the St. Patrick's Day parade
2. Successfully setting up a group NCAA Basketball Bracket pool on Yahoo! :)

Excellent idea. I love candid street scenes and wish I'd be able to capture more of them. I like how these all connect to the phone theme and you have such a great variety! My favorite is the winter scene with the dog in the upper right.
What a great collection - Inspiration for me to do more candids. And the connection theme is so relevant to our culture today! I think the girl in the lower right is such a cool capture because of the lines in her stockings and the lines in the bench.
I love a good street shot Peggy as you know....must say I rather admire the fetching outfit on the bottom left, crutches are the best accessory! Happy St Patricks day Peggy...you certainly know how to celebrate it in the USA.
I love the diversity within in the group that you’ve captured. My daughter was on spring break last week, and every time we went out together she seemed to be constantly texting with someone. I told her I felt like I was out and about by myself. (Did you get my friend request on FB? If you didn’t want to accept it, I’m not offended, but I just wanted to be sure you got it.)
