I spent all morning and most of the afternoon taking down the Christmas tree and packing away decorations. Now I'm ready for some football...the Carolina Panthers are in the NFL playoffs. :) Let's go Panthers!
Three Good Things:
1. All of Christmas hasn't been taken down. Still have wreaths on the doors and the outside Christmas tree lit until the twelfth day of Christmas.
2. The Panthers made the playoffs despite a dismal regular season. Amazing.
3. Spending New Year's Day and the day after with one of my wonderful brothers.
Looking like an excellent way to spend an afternoon! I'm waiting until everyone has left tomorrow, and then I can think about putting our lives back in order! We didn't really have other plans anyway! Enjoy your game...I'd root for "Cats" any day!
What a yummy food shot. It's only 7 AM and already I am drooling ;-) I was going to start taking down the tree & decorations yesterday but decided to wait until Tuesday. The excuse I made was "wait until 3 Kings Day" .....but actually was procrastinating. It takes me at least a week to get everything down, replaced by what was there before and do a thorough cleaning. Not looking forward to it. Cheers and have a great Sunday. Will also root for the Panthers!
