I'm using the suggestion of 365er, @bpaquette, and making an photo album for my elderly neighbor who was recently relocated to an assisted living facility. I was at her house this morning taking shots of the rooms and possessions in the home she loved. Thanks for the wonderful idea, Barbara.
Three Good Things:
1. Biometric fingerprint scanning instead of remembering/looking up passwords
2. Afternoon 'energy/brain boosting' coffee
3. Brand new toilet seats in all three bathrooms. And the new and improved hardware made installation a snap. Took for-ev-er to get the old hardware out; mere minutes for installation with the new hardware. It doesn't take much to make me happy. ☺
This looks like very gracious living.......these glimpses of her house give you quite a good idea of your neighbour just by looking at her possessions! Hope she is beginning to settle in. Good to hear of the ease of fitting new seats....it sounds a major job to me but thankfully things improve.
Instant fav. How beautifully you put this together and such a thoughtful gesture to make a photo album of all her memoirs. I have never seen such a beautiful room divider screen. Would love to have something like this - my kind of decor!
This image is so indicative of gracious Southern living! I, too, think the photo album is a wonderful idea! At present, my daughter has asked me to photograph items and to start tagging items with their history. I good idea, certainly by the time we're grand parents!
