Rainy Day Project by peggysirk

Rainy Day Project

It's a rainy and unusually cold day for mid-May in the South. A good day to get started on the quilts I volunteered to make for a group that will present them to disabled vets on Veterans Day. I need to have two finished before the first of November. Knowing me the way I do, it's good to get an early start.
Three Good Things:
1. A new rotary quilt cutter arriving via Amazon tomorrow
2. Fabrics.com has a zillion fabrics and ships in three days...because local fabric shops seem to have gone the way of the dinosaur around here.
3. Twice baked potatoes
This picture looks quite familiar Peggy as I have just been watching The Great British Sewing Bee. This photo could have been taken from the programme.
No end to your talents Peggy! You are a trouper!
