Drumsticks

We roasted 360+ chicken legs and made some awesome Mac & cheese for lunch at the soup kitchen today. I do believe it was our most popular lunch in recent history.
Three Good Things:
1. Making our diners happy
2. A refreshing afternoon rain shower
3. Netflix documentary "High on the Hog: How African American Cuisine Transformed America ". It is outstanding.
