Look at those sweet rosy cheeks! Did you edit their skin at all, or is it just naturally perfect, gorgeous and glowing? I am trying to learn how to do that and was wondering if you had any tips . . .
@michelle@chamrick Thanks, Michelle and Christine!
Michelle ~ you were around (365) when Harper was born. I got some lovely congratulatory comments from you! :)
Christine ~ I'm the wrong person to ask about editing tips. I can do frames and text and a little contrast/exposure adjustments. My only actual tip is that I never use the camera flash. I think it gives things a harsh look. Probably because I don't know that much about it. Also, on Picasa, the editing program I use, there's a "soft glow" effect that I use on myself and others who are of a certain age. :)
Your daughter is so lovely, and that little Harper can just steal the show!! What a great photo! I have been thinking about upgrading to an ACE membership, not so much for more albums, but I just feel like I should be supportive. I may have to check it out. Thank you for sharing your family with us Peggy!!
@petersonsheri Thanks, Sheri! I read something on a discussion thread that someone had posted about upgrading to ACE as a show of support for Ross and the site. So, that's why I did it...don't know why it didn't occur to me earlier.
@barbsmith Thanks, Barb! Yesterday I was thinking "Harper" album. Then I started to wonder how long it would take before everyone started thinking, "Geez, ANOTHER photo of Peggy's granddaughter....." :) It's like being trapped into watching someone's two hour vacation slide show.
