One more for today. I was planning to tell you the whole other (and very dramatic) story under this picture, but I guess I'll tell you it somewhere else, cause now I just want to show you the newly published teaser of the fox movie we've been working on this summer. Of course, it's just the beginning and the whole filming process is ahead, but it's still very exciting. The teaser is already on YouTube:
There are almost no words, so it's understandable for everyone in the world.
The only Russian words you're going to see there are the name of the movie which can be translated directly as «Kamchatka. Story in foxes».
It's a wordplay actually. There's a common expression in Russian «Istoriya v litsakh» which can be translated directly as «Story in faces» or «History in faces» (story and history are the same word). It's hard to explain the exact meaning, but it's usually used when the story of life of one person or several persons represents very well the time in which they lived and the course of history. Or when you try to show the reality of some time in the past through the person who lived in that time. In other worlds it's history told though people's lifes.
Words «in faces» («v litsakh») and «in foxes» («v lisakh») are very similar in Russian, there's only one letter difference. So, it's pretty hard to find the right translation, but the meaning is very close to «a story told through foxes».
And I actually don't know why I'm telling you this cause you, of course, absolutely don't need to know any of that to enjoy the teaser.
