Last few days have completely changed our plans. First Dmitry hurt his back, then our helicopter was rescheduled to a week earlier, then cause of the weather it was rescheduled once again to God knows when, so we cancelled a part of our expedition and now we're just wasting our time stuck in the Valley of Geysers.
Well, I guess a lot of people would be happy to stuck here for a while, but for us right now it's the less interesting place we could stuck in. And it's such a pity we couldn't get where we wanted to. While I'm very excited about what we have seen, I'm extremely dissapointed about what we have not.
Still, we're not even close to the finish and a lot is waiting ahead. In a week we should be at the Kurile Lake to start the second part of our wonderful working adventure. And I hope it will be at least as interesting as the first. Or even more.
