After three driveless months, we're back in our car heading southeast of Russia. This trip most likely isn't going to be a big one (I think it's going to last about a month), but I'm still very excited to start something new.
It's not a big start though. It's more of a little working trip combined with a tiny expedition. I'm actually looking for something much bigger to start or some project to join, cause our work at Kamchatka is done for now. We're likely going there next spring, but even that isn't confirmed. On the other hand, sometimes it feels like it's time to stop joining someone else's projects and start creating our own, but I'm not quite sure about that. For many reasons, which I'm not going to bother you with.
In any case, now we're on a road again and it feels great. And the timing couldn't be better. Autumn has just started, which hopefully means our way will be as colorful as you could imagine.
