This is good advise if you can adhere to it. It's not an easy task especially if you are a person that needs to be on the go all the time. I'm trying to spend more time slowing down to enjoy the things around me because I feel like life is moving too quickly and I'm having a hard time keeping up with it I have a birthday fast approaching and I think it is making me nostalgic for days past. Trying not to think too far ahead and enjoy each day that is given...one at a time.
