Belated upload, because I really hope to eventually catch up with the photos I took each day but didn't manage to post!
Since 28 April is the International Commemoration Day for Dead and Injured Workers, it seemed an appropriate time to share this monument in a local park. Toyota has a sizeable manufacturing plant in my city, which I would guess is why the Canadian Auto Workers' Union was the one to erect this monument. Being made of polished black granite it's very reflective and difficult to photograph, lol!
