Playing around with what I can find in my son's room. I used another picture as a backdrop to add color.

Abstract caterpillar springs to mind here! I have no idea what this is (in your son's room?) but it is very effective.

@happysnap Now that you mentioned it, those small bubbles that look like ball bearings to me can be caterpillar legs. Fun!
