While walking with our dog this afternoon, I went under this tree to see the colors underneath. It felt like Fall is just around the corner. Even though I love fall colors, I am not yet ready to give up summer.
Beautiful red tones. We have spring blossoms and looking forward to summer so I can image you don't want to give it up yet. Maybe you'll have an extra long summer like we did this year.

Gorgeous light in that canopy, beautiful shot. We are having lots of wild fires and forest fires in our state, I could use some rain and some cool down.
@sbolden@sansjuan thanks! I'm with you, Scott, 3 more months of summer sounds good. Just the Seattle kind, though. Maryland summers can be quite hot, now that I am a Seattle-ite.
