Spencer's Gulf from Whyalla by pusspup

Spencer's Gulf from Whyalla

Whyalla is a heavy mining/coal town on the Eyre Peninsula in South Australia. We stayed over night on our way to Port Lincoln to join a boat for our shark diving trip.
Being a gulf the waters tend to be relatively calm, as they were on this day. You can see a tanker out to sea.
Fabulous minimalist image.

This is quite magical- it makes me believe the top of the world is water and if you sail up there you'll see the place where the sun initially rises when it come up each day.
