This duck came up out of the water and on to the bank to see if I had any food for her. I managed to capture her splash back into the River Test when she found that I had nothing.
@abby365@judithg@angie_la I think participating in 365 must be improving my timing as I've been trying, unsuccessfully, to get shots like this for ages.
This is a great shot - I was looking at ducks too today - we went down to the river to see if we could recognise Clarence, a duck reared by my daughter with her chickens and released when fully grown - and we found him! totally integrated with all the other ducks - only she could recognise him and she was so pleased!
@tishpics I think that's really great that Clarence was totally integrated with his fellow ducks and how lovely that your daughter could recognise him.
