This little cat hid behind the wall when it saw us coming and as I took the photo it started to make a sort of singing noise. Jinks doesn't understand that he's supposed to chase cats. The photo was taken left handedly and not seeing what I was really taking so I was pleased just to get them both in the shot.
Thank you! I think I took the pic with my left thumb and when I got out of the sun & had a look I was quite surprised to see the cat & Jinks were both in it! The best shot of just the cat was as we approached and saw this tiny face peeping out from behind the wall.
A pity the pole is hiding Jinx's face - but I agree with Patricia - a snapshot of life or as we say in Australia - a "Minties Moment". I'm impressed that while on your walks your ready to jump into action. Great job!!!!
David, thank you for your comments on my 'Minties Moment' (wonder what is the origin of that expression?). It's not a very pretty or elegant pic but the most interesting I had yesterday!
