these grape hyacinths have their roots in the neighbours' garden and their heads in ours - it looks as if they have broken through the hazel fence but I don't think that can really be so....
They know which side is best!

Nice picture, they are sweet flowers, I love them. I read once that sprouting seeds are surprisingly strong and can break through concrete! Can it be true?
