barn conversion

I wouldn't mind one of these myself. At least we had the opportunity to have a half hour swim.
Oh yes, that would do.

But did you have a swim ?? Love the structure at the end of the building with all the exposed beams !

I thought you were going to say that this was yours Hazel - I was on my way round for the weekend :0)

Yes, had a lovely swim, water was warm, our friends have an annual sub for a half hour slot one day per week. In my devotion to 365 I cut my swim short a bit in order to fetch my camera from the car to get a quick shot of the empty pool before the next swimmers arrived! This is in the heart of the Suffolk countryside.

Nice capture Hazel, glad you had a pleasant swim, love the exposed beams and the reflections. You just beat me to the photo I was going to upload where I swim everyday, I just keep forgetting to take my camera, I will do it tomorrow :).

@malc

They were a kind of compensation! What I really wanted was just the still reflection from that little window in the back wall but when I walked in and saw it, I already had my cozzy on and was not going out to the car - so I got wonky reflections after the swim....

What a lovely plce for a swim, you still captured the reflection of the little window well

@ivan

So was I until I was in my thirties and felt shamed by my children's prowess in swimming so I went to an Adult Ed class to learn. One of the best things I ever did!

Beautiful swimming pool. From outside, looking at a barn, who would think there is a swimming pool.
