A small and belated September update for 2024, where I am still, after many years' membership, on 365 Project, also now posting elsewhere but wanting...
Yes, had a lovely swim, water was warm, our friends have an annual sub for a half hour slot one day per week. In my devotion to 365 I cut my swim short a bit in order to fetch my camera from the car to get a quick shot of the empty pool before the next swimmers arrived! This is in the heart of the Suffolk countryside.
Nice capture Hazel, glad you had a pleasant swim, love the exposed beams and the reflections. You just beat me to the photo I was going to upload where I swim everyday, I just keep forgetting to take my camera, I will do it tomorrow :).
They were a kind of compensation! What I really wanted was just the still reflection from that little window in the back wall but when I walked in and saw it, I already had my cozzy on and was not going out to the car - so I got wonky reflections after the swim....
Patricia - we got home today! (I did send you a note {well two notes} before we went to Suffolk via the comment system here but got no reply). We'll be coming again some time so let's try then - would really love to meet you!)
So was I until I was in my thirties and felt shamed by my children's prowess in swimming so I went to an Adult Ed class to learn. One of the best things I ever did!

Cool pool, nice capture.
I couldn't begin to imagine how much the whole thing costs!!
