Today Chris, @gooner46, a fellow 365er, and I met up for a little photo-shoot along the river at Warsash. The. morning was bright and sunny but almost as soon as we met at 1.30, the clouds rolled in.
But we had a walk along the river and a breath of fresh air and took a few shots as well.
A small and belated September update for 2024, where I am still, after many years' membership, on 365 Project, also now posting elsewhere but wanting...
No proper coffee, only de-caff, no computing within an hour, at least, of bedtime, (being in front of the screen before bed is known to cause sleeplessness as the brain gets too stimulated by what you are doing and by the light from the screen), in the winter I take a warm wheat bag to bed. I also do calming activities during the day like swimming, T'ai Chi, dogwalking (you don't have to have a dog!). I never go to social activities with lots of people in the evening and if Ray and I go to dinner with friends we always come home early. I have a specific reason for all this 'stuff' as I have bipolar disorder and simply need to manage my lifestyle to keep well. Hope something will work for you, Maxine.
@quietpurplehaze For many usings. One is typical Dutch. The are used to braid/plaint mats to cover up the dikes with . They are then cover with basalt stones
Not me, but my camera was in a slightly dangerous place! Thanks for comment and fav.

Ferry, it's not a problem - it's public on here. What I've written is so normal to me it's even banal!
