The flags were flying high when we sat on the terrace of a café in the main street in Hamble for breakfast at the weekend. Jinks came too and sat under the table as usual patiently waiting for his bit of bacon and sausage at the end.
The waiter kindly asked if Jinks would like a treat and then brought ONE small bone biscuit for him. Jinks sat down and took it nicely as usual but there was a little loud barking when he wondered where was the second treat. (At home he usually gets treats in TWO's!)
A small and belated September update for 2024, where I am still, after many years' membership, on 365 Project, also now posting elsewhere but wanting...
Very patriotic colours. Hope Jinks managed to get his second treat. Not able to comment on all the photos I have missed but I do look at them. Slow going typing with one finger at the moment
Great shot of the colorful flags against the blue sky. It seems dogs are welcome at a variety places there, unlike here in the states. My Gracie would love to go out with me more.
Good to read your comment, Babs - look after yourself.
You made me laugh - he can count up to two but he does sometimes think there should be three treats!!!
It was at 10 a.m.!!!
We had a few days rain last week and when the sun came out, it made so much difference to how I felt.
Dogs are more welcome in certain parts of England. Here, not too much. We were sitting outside the cafe - which is OK when the British weather is OK!
