trout in a whirl by quietpurplehaze

trout in a whirl

.. or maybe a wheel

Sandwiched between a trip to the pool and a visit to the optician yesterday, we visited the supermarket where the fresh fish is always good. The display was great!
That's fabulous - it looks like they are eating the butter pats!

Very inventive fishmonger! Do supermarkets still have fishmongers on their staff?

@peadar

Well the guy on duty was not the one who had crafted the display and when I asked for firm white fish for a seafood paella he said he could not advise me as he was only trained to sell it........So I fell back on my prior internet research, hoping all will be well! (You may know more than me!)

If you want advice as well then you should go to the local independent fishmonger! This is very nicely photographed but if Ray would lift you up so you could get a plan view of them it would be just great! :-)
