No fancy colours here, just black beach huts facing the sea.

Rather somber affair !! beach huts are usually so bright & inviting !! --perhaps the budget didn't stretch to bright colours !!!

I don't really know but would guess they are privately owned by people who rent them out when they are not using them.

Nice shot of the huts but why paint them black ? Ours( on our beaches) are pretty and colorful painted to have more fun and enjoy on the holiday`s.
