That's interesting. My auntie and husband were extras in one of the series - £50 for the day and all the food you could eat, and a lot of waiting about!
@quietpurplehaze I'm always intending to try and be an extra in the Cambridge films but miss the adverts! Ruby had a speaking part - they liked her because she wasn't stage schooly (she's really quiet - they sent her brother to drama classes because he was racked by nerves in school assemblies etc and she went along for the ride!) - she was in another episode later on as her 'mother' was quite a big character and had some sort of disease they were trying to sort out.
