I think it's gone up to 7 now! And I was having coffee out yesterday when I spied the front page of a national broadsheet somebody was reading and the HEADLINE was about only drinking one glass of fruit juice a day - I can't express how pathetic I thought this was!!!

@quietpurplehaze So agree I also saw that headline --but didn't bother to read the article -- !!! also now they do not believe dark choc and red wine has no beneficial effects -- I think its best to use one's own common sense --my motto is -a little bit of what you fancy does you good !! -- moderation in all things -- on that note I need to loose weight !! and I will get off my soap box !!
