What a start to our holiday: we flew from Southampton to Nantes in a purple plane (sadly I forgot my purple nail polish); when we arrived at the chambre d'hote and Anne, the lady of the house, opened the door, we thought we were having hallucinations when Hubert trotted out behind her. I confess to feeling a bit emotional for a moment. He's even the same age (11) as Jinks.
Unfortunately Hubert is blind, but, as you can see he successfully finds his way around the garden (and the house).
