Waiting for Easter morning

The word for today is hot cross buns.
I found these earlier in the week at the store and they're rare here. So I bought them and put them in the freezer to be ready for Easter morning breakfast.

Reminds me of when I was a kid and Mum always sent me to the bakers to buy the hot cross buns... we ate ours on Good Friday though.

Ohh, love hot cross buns, over here they are stacked high for at least 2 months in every food shop!
