This is Andrews Geyser. The wind was blowing pretty hard and sending a mist pretty far. If you're interested, here's a link with more information: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andrews_Geyser
It looks more like a fountain but I've never seen a geyser so what do I know!? hehe Good shot.

TYF posting the link to the very interesting history of Andrews Geyser. One of the (many) things I like about 365 is glimpsing the world courtesy of other 365ers. I appreciate the time that others take to post the links to places that otherwise would be for ever unknown to me. Thank you, Kathy.

Totally agree with what Margo says. Nicely captured and interesting information about the geyser.

And here I lived in Asheville for a number of years and never knew about this fountain. Like the others have said, thanks for sharing the link. Interesting read.

@olivetreeann @s4sayer @jamibann @lyndemc @craftymeg @pyrrhula Thanks everyone for viewing and for commenting. I always look at links when others post them, so thought I'd do the same. I guess technically it's not a natural geyser, but it's still fun to see.
