This is one of my favorite mementos of a time when I owned an ice cream and candy store. Everyday we made giant fresh baked chocolate chip cookies from scratch (and 12 other flavors including sour cream raisin). The aroma of hot-out-of-the-oven cookies was to die for! I came across this little wall hanging which has been gathering dust in a corner of my office for years now. Thought today was a good time to display it. Might have to mosey into the kitchen and bake up a batch.
How cool is that -- you owned an ice cream/candy store?? Was it really tempting to eat your goods during the day? I love the saying -- I'm known among friends and family for my addiction to chocolate chip cookies so this saying is absolutely perfect.
