Stretch to the limit

A ten minute cool down follows the morning hike. Then it's on to an amazing buffet breakfast before the stretch class at 9 am, hip hop at 10, and water aerobics at 11. After lunch there's a nutrition class, Pilates, restorative yoga and a photography lecture. Then dinner and an evening program. And that was just the first day!
