When we lived in Cyprus they used to make it in a village called Yeroskipou Maybe it should be called Yeroskipou Delight

Fabulous - bring back memories of Christmas at home - my mum's favourite Christmas treat - They would come in two colours - lemon and pink, covered in icing sugar, housed in little round wooden boxes . The tradition of Christmas Turkish delight carried on till her death ! Fond memories - thanks Renee!

@beverley365 That's interesting. Thanks. We visited Yeroskipou on several occasions and when we first went there in 1983 they started building a church. When we left in 1986 they still hadn't finished it. Hope it is completed now.
