Think this bird is similar to one that I had on several days ago. Still not sure what kind it is, but they are very hard to photograph. Just won't stay still.
True story, I was standing on the path making a shot of this one, when I noticed something falling down towards me. I could have reached out and caught it. It floated on down to the ground, and then I realized that it was another one of these birds. Also, right in front of it was this large spider that the bird had captured. Right at my feet. And of course, couldn't get the camera down and aimed at it before it flew away. It did grab the spider and flew. Just so strange to have it floating down like that. Thought it was a leaf, at first. Maybe next time.
