The robins have been very busy in the garden today. I saw a couple of them on the sundial eating their breakfast and they had a little kiss again - so sweet! It really must be spring although it doesn't feel like it as it's cold again and we had a frost last night. Anyway, this little one decided to have bath in the birdbath outside the kitchen window which meant I managed to get a few shots of him/her.
I went to the doctor's this morning and she sent me off for an xray on my foot so I shall have to wait and see what the result will be but I keep rubbing Ibuprofen gel onto it and it does seem to ease it for a while. Resting it up also helps! Anyway, after I had been to the hospital I went to Priory and took a load of shots of wild flowers in the garden there as well as lots of pics of the seagulls in flight, geese and ducks. I will probably post one of those another day as I think probably people don't want loads of shots posted on the same day.
Thanks for all your kind comments and Favs and for getting both my chaffinch pic and blackbird with daffodils on PP. The speaker last night was talking about flower photography and he was saying about contrasting colours, etc. so I think he would have approved of yesterday's shot and I know that some of the comments mentioned the fact that there were nice contrasting colours in it so I am obviously doing something right.
BEAutiful!!! Love it.... hope your foot is better. My hubby stepped on two nails. One in each foot...ouch! He is gimping around...and hard to keep him down. Have not heard of ibuprofen gel...will have to get him some.
